Hi Tanya,

Open up the Profile you want to change from the Settings section. Select “Remind message alert” and in there you’ll find the options; Once, Every 1, 2, 5 and 10 minutes. Select the frequency of the reminder you want and job done.

Hey i recently bought the Arena and the sms alert only plays for couple of seconds. Is there anyway of changing this and making it play longer and how do you put the repeat on aswell? Thanks Tan!

Open the music player and touch the drop down selector at the top of the screen (defaults to “All Tracks”) and your playlist is listed under the drop down options.

I do find the vibration alert weak but the ring volume is pretty good. Have you tried the outdoor profile?

when someone phones me i can barely hear the phone ring!!! i turn the volume call up on the side buttons but when someone calls me again i can still barely hear it and i get like loads of missed calls

Hey, I was wondering where I can find my self-made playlists? I made two so far but don’t know where to find these again.

Hi Abbie,

Adding a shortcut is easy simply touch and hold the screen you want to add it to and the display will change allowing you to delete existing shortcuts or add more by touching the Edit Favorites button.

As to the gallery I’ve never had that problem on my one. You might need to shut it down and remove the battery for a bit and try again. Failing that check the LG FAQs to see how to reset the phone. It should be under warranty if a reset doesn’t sort it.

also.. everytime i open my gallery, my phone switches its self off them comes on again. and im really confused. help?
